1. Service Guarantee. We take pride in our work. If you’re not satisfied with our service, we offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Simply notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.
2. Payment Policy. Full payment for one-off cleaning services must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer or *Cash. *Non-payment may result in cancellation of your appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations or reschedules are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities. Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is not granted, the service will be treated as a no-show and the cancellation policy will apply. Please secure all valuables and fragile items before the cleaning service.
5. Employee Conduct. Our team consists of trained professionals who follow strict conduct and safety protocols. All employees treat your property with the utmost respect and care.
6. Health and Safety. We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines and use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Clients are requested to inform us of any health concerns prior to the scheduled service.
